Tasked with producing a pop-up shop for skincare brand Loved01, we activated at the Westfield Mall in Century City, CA for an 18-day retail experience.

Since this was the first retail space of any kind for Loved01, visual impact and seamless execution were key. The interior centered imagery of founder John Legend under soft lighting amongst product displays on curved surfaces and furniture – using cream and rich brown tones, the shop’s aesthetic warmth beautifully communicated the brand’s inclusive identity and diverse target audience.

Prior to the launch, an event was held for press and influencers, followed by a live performance by John Legend himself. This helped generate buzz and lay the foundation for a fully staffed shoppable space with the entire line available for consumers to sample and purchase over the next two weeks.
