Kendra Scott
8 City Mobile Tour
Details
We worked with jewelry brand Kendra Scott on a mobile tour across eight colleges during the 2023 back-to-school season. We were tasked with producing a buzzworthy pop-up event promoting the brand’s popular “Elisa” necklace to a key demographic that would also drive social media engagement in real time.

To create buzz around the tour, we began with a digital stunt that draped AR-generated, larger-than-life Elisa pendants over a campus building at the University of Texas. The visual impact of a giant piece of jewelry amidst familiar campus scenery made big waves on social media, becoming one of the most highly engaged posts on Kendra Scott’s Instagram, and was later featured on Women’s Wear Daily.
The tour itself was a massive success, extended twice due to high social media engagement and consumer requests to bring the pop-up to more cities. Guests were treated to an iced coffee stand, a mirror selfie booth, city-specific exclusive merch, and free Elisa necklaces for those who took a personality quiz to match them with their custom piece. Additionally, we fabricated life-sized “Hey, Elisa” mascots that attendees could take pictures with, and are still featured in Kendra Scott retail locations to this day. We timed the campaign to tap into the Rushtok phenomenon, where it was featured in multiple videos and garnered millions of impressions that converted to sales and immeasurably increased brand affinity.
